Previous to joining the RTR family, he served as the Director of Experiential Education at Temple Shaaray Tefila in Bedford, NY for 15 years. There, he grew a small youth program into one of the largest and most well-recognized youth programs in the nation. His ability to connect and mentor children there made him such a success.
