Brad Zicholtz has been involved with Jewish Education for over 25 years. He earned his Masters of Arts in Religious Education from Hebrew Union College Jewish Institute of Religion in the Spring of 2017. He also received his B.S. in Organizational Management from Manhattanville College.
Previous to joining the RTR family, he served as the Director of Experiential Education at Temple Shaaray Tefila in Bedford, NY for 15 years. There, he grew a small youth program into one of the largest and most well-recognized youth programs in the nation. His ability to connect and mentor children there made him such a success.
Brad also proudly serves on faculty at URJ’s Eisner Camp in Great Barrington, MA where he spent eight summers working in his youth. He was also the first Head Songleader and Education Director at URJ’s Crane Lake Camp where he met his wife Nicole.
Brad lives in Somers, NY with Nicole and their three incredible children: Lily, Dylan, and Zoe.
Louise is very happy to join the team of The Reform Temple of Rockland. She has been working as an Administrative Assistant at several religious institutions in New York and New Jersey.
She lives in New Jersey with her husband and her adorable labradoodle, Samson, who they consider their first grandchild. They have three more grandchildren Miri, Ben, and Jerry (no connection to the ice-cream).
Bethanne Knapp joined the staff at The Reform Temple of Rockland as Executive Director in 2020. Her 25 years of leadership experience within the Reform Movement include serving as Temple President, Executive Director, and holding a seat on the North American Board of the Union for Reform Judaism.
Bethanne’s business background is in banking. She is a Notary Public. Bethanne was born and raised in Rockland County. She is the mother of three grown children, and the grandmother of Ryan and Desirae.
